Bexley Early Years

The Bexley Council Early Years team have a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of early years childcare, education, training and business. Across the team we have extensive knowledge of the Early Years Statutory Framework. The team includes teachers, senior leaders, ex-Ofsted inspectors and highly experienced practitioners. We are able to provide information, advice, guidance, training and challenge to settings, thus meeting priorities and development needs.

We offer a range of courses specifically designed for staff working in Early Years settings:
Training is available to Leaders, Managers, Teachers, Childminders, Teaching Assistants and qualified and unqualified practitioners working in PVI settings and out of school provision.

NEST are delighted to continue to offer their successful and popular EYFS Leader Forums for 2025-26. These offer a unique opportunity for Early Years Leaders and teachers to network and share effective practice.

The forums will run from 4-5pm on the following dates:

• Thursday 21st May 2026
